No-one was taking any notice of Kilborn's birthday, so he arranged a one-day ride with a long lunch to celebrate
the occasion. The ride was all the way from McCrae - a marathon 15km along the "bike track" beside the beach.
Lunch was a long affair at a Blairgowrie cafe and was followed by a moving ceremony to bless the Great White
Leader's new bike.

	"I'd like to propose a toast .... to .... to .......ME!"
	A cake for the birthday boy - and three glasses of champagne
	Yes, the girls did have a few drinks.
	Sabey had to be restrained while the traditional bottle of champers was tipped over his new steed. Boy, was the seat ever sticky for the ride home.
